Bahçe, kuzeyde Kahramanmaraş, doğusunda Gaziantep, güneyde Osmaniye Merkez, batısında da Düziçi ilçesi ile çevrilidir.
Genel hatları ile ilçe merkezinin çevresi dağlarla çevrilidir.İlçenin rakımının yüksek olması, ilçenin dağlık bölgede olması ilçenin iklimi ve nüfus artışı üzerinde etkilidir.
Bahçe’nin yüzölçümü 212 km² olup rakımı ise 665 metredir.
İlçeyi Huma çayı sulamaktadır. Kar Deresi ve Bilalik Deresi birleştikten sonra Aslanlı Deresi ile birleşir. Osmaniye merkeze 31 km’dir. TEM oto yolu, D- 400 karayolu ve Mersin-İshahiye demiryolu hattının ilçe merkezinden geçmesi, ilçenin ulaşımını kolaylaştırmaktadır.

Huma Stream irrigates the district. After Kar Stream and Bilalik Stream merge, it merges with Aslanlı Stream. It is 31 km from the center of Osmaniye. The fact that the TEM highway, D-400 highway and Mersin-Ishahiye railway line pass through the district center facilitates the transportation of the district.
